Our Mission
Earthly Body co-founders and philanthropists Kevin and Mare Wachs started the nonprofit Get Together Foundation (GTF) in 2004 as a means of giving back to the community and sharing their good fortune with those in need.
GTF’s mission is to act as the bridge between donor and charity to ensure that 100% of donations received are provided to the intended cause, rather than covering extraneous business expenses. As such, GTF is volunteer-led and run, and operates without any administrative salaries. It’s financed by proceeds from Earthly Body’s annual revenue, sponsorships and private donations. In fact, a percentage of every Earthly Body product sold is donated to the Get Together Foundation.
Individuals Experiencing Homelessness
GTF’s immediate goal is to offer assistance in the form of aid, care, and comfort to families and Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (IEH). The Get Together Foundation provides full-service support: food, clothing, shelter, and yes, even music to our community’s most vulnerable citizens, including those who are not in proximity to traditional mission services.
